A move clean is a full deep clean of the entire unit. Empty spaces allow us to reach everything — and we do.

  • Inside all appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
  • All bathrooms — full scrub including grout and fixtures
  • All floors — vacuumed, swept, and mopped
  • All baseboards, trim, and door frames
  • Window sills and tracks
  • Closets, shelving, and storage areas
  • Light fixtures and switch plates
  • Kitchen cabinets inside and out
  • Garage or storage areas (on request)

We can't guarantee your landlord's decision — but we clean to a standard that landlords consistently accept. Many of our move-out clients get their full deposit back. We provide Quality Audit documentation so if there's a dispute, you have written evidence of the clean.
A move-out clean is effectively a deep clean of the entire unit: inside all appliances, all bathrooms scrubbed, all floors done, baseboards and trim, window tracks, closets, light fixtures, and all other areas. It's designed to leave the unit looking vacant-ready.
We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially at month-end when demand is highest. We'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests — contact us and we'll tell you what's available.
